1105 Media Updates Conference Agenda for IT Virtualization Live Conference in Orlando, FL on Dec. 9-11, 2008
1105 Media, Inc. today has announced updated information for its IT Virtualization Live Conference on Dec. 9-11, 2008, at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. This platform-agnostic educational conference and solutions showcase addresses the business and technology drivers behind the adoption of virtualization technologies.

IT Virtualization Live will focus on four key industry drivers: cost savings; disaster recovery/business continuity; management challenges and green implications for implementing virtualization. Attendees will receive a solid and unbiased grounding on the three main virtualization platforms (VMware, Citrix and Microsoft). Attendees will improve their knowledge about the different types of virtualization (server, desktop, PC, storage, network and I/O), as well as receive insights on future industry directions. The conference will provide insights on security and disaster recovery. For companies beginning discovery/research for virtualization or for those looking for innovative suppliers, hands-on labs and an exhibit hall will expose attendees to a variety of products from both industry-leading vendors and smaller companies with breakthrough technologies.

IT Virtualization Live enables IT and business leader professionals to receive an unbiased industry review of the three major virtualization supplier platforms and service alternatives. Our platform neutrality and independence will assure a balanced educational experience, said Henry Allain, President of 1105 Enterprise Computing Group.

The content for IT Virtualization Live will be developed in collaboration with the staff of Virtualization Review magazine, in concert with the vendor, end user and analyst communities.
