LinuxWorld.com and IDG World Expo Announce Product Excellence Award Winners at LinuxWorld and Next Generation Data Center Conference & Expo
IDG World Expo, the leading producer of world-class tradeshows and events, today announced the winners of the LinuxWorld Product Excellence Awards. Judged by a group of respected industry experts managed by LinuxWorld.com, the LinuxWorld Product Excellence Awards recognize product and service innovations by LinuxWorld® and Next-Generation Data Center (NGDC) Conference & Expo exhibitors. The winners were recognized during a ceremony at the event on Tuesday, August 5.

We saw a wide variety of products submitted for the Product Excellence Awards at this years LinuxWorld Conference & Expo, which demonstrates the high level of system administration productivity happening throughout the industry, said Don Marti, site editor, LinuxWorld.com, and Product Excellence Judge. We congratulate all the winners, as well as our finalists, for making the program so competitive.

This years LinuxWorld Product Excellence Awards were divided into 12 product categories, including Best of Show, that represent major areas of innovation in the Linux and open source community.

Some of the winners are as follows:

Best Virtualization Solution
