StackSafe to Participate in Panel at Next Generation Data Center Conference 2008
StackSafe, Inc. (http://www.stacksafe.com), a provider of pre-production staging and testing solutions for IT Operations teams, announced today that Jonah Paransky, StackSafe Vice President of Marketing, will be participating in a panel presentation at Next Generation Data Center (NGDC) Conference and Expo 2008 (http://www.ngdcexpo.com/live/11/).

The panel presentation titled 'Virtualization 2.0' (http://www.ngdcexpo.com/live/11/conference//tracks/tracksessions/Virtualization/QMONYB00BIWK) will be led by Kusnetzky Group analyst, Dan Kusnetzky, and will include representatives from Trigence, Scalent and Xkoto, in addition to StackSafe. The group's discussion will revolve around the benefits of virtualization and how the technology is being leveraged by companies to power next-generation virtualization applications.

"Virtualization has evolved, and is now much more than just a tool for server consolidation," said Jonah Paransky, VP of Marketing at StackSafe. "I am thrilled to have been selected to discuss how virtualization enables emerging technology companies to develop new methods for IT organizations to tackle existing problems."

The 'Virtualization 2.0' panel will take place on Tuesday, August 5, 2008 from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm Pacific Daylight Time. This panel presentation is a part of the Virtualization track, which will focus on the broader sense of virtualization. The track's speakers will explore the many dimensions and layers of virtualization, including variants of the concepts as applied to applications, storage, network and management. The end goal is to help the IT practitioner understand and stay abreast of the ideas, trends and developments as they define and build the NGDC for their specific contexts.

The Next Generation Data Center Conference 2008 will take place August 4-7, 2008 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA and is co-located with LinuxWorld 2008.
